Mr. Kliachkin is one of the founding partners of the firm heading our dispute resolution practice. Mr. Kliachkin graduated with distinction from the faculty of law at the Lomonosov Moscow State University and is a member of the Moscow City Bar. Alexander speaks fluent English. Before joining the firm Mr. Kliachkin was an associate at a large Russian law firm, and an attorney for the All-Russia State Broadcasting Company.
Mr. Kliachkin has extensive legal experience that includes:
- Providing legal support for an investment transaction in a leading lingerie retailer in Russia;
- Providing legal support for an investment transaction in a debt collection agency;
- Structuring activity for a distributor of high profile perfume brands;
- Providing legal support for a transaction in connection with oil deliveries;
- Performing legal due diligence on a company on behalf of a large investment project with a view to its possible acquisition;
- Performing legal due diligence on a company and its real estate assets with a view to is possible acquisition on open auction;
- Providing legal support for the creation and operation of a Russian firm as a subsidiary of a British clothing and fashion accessory retailer;
- Developing delivery contract conditions for the largest Israeli retailer of home furnishings and interior decoration supply;
- Providing legal assistance for a company in reception legal rights to a real estate object in accordance with an investment contract made with the City of Moscow;
- Developing a legal strategy for the protection of corporate property from illegal seizure;
- Representing the client interests in arbitrazh courts.
