Mr. Klyachin is responsible for our corporate M&A practice, support of private equity and venture investments and labor law matters. Before founding the firm, Mr. Klyachin was the head legal adviser for Russian Technologies an early stage investment fund. In that capacity, Anton was one of the first Russian venture capital lawyers. Previously, Mr. Klyachin was an attorney at the Moscow office of White & Case, and also an attorney at leading Russian law firm Monastyrsky, Zyuba, Stepanov & Partners. Mr. Klyachin graduated from the faculty of law at Moscow State University. He is a member of an advisory council on legal regulation and protection of intellectual property. Anton hosts TV show "Who's For?" on first Russian legal TV channel "Zakon-TV". Anton speaks fluent English. Anton is recommended by Who'sWho Legal CIS 2010 in Corporate M&A, Project Finance and Labor Law spheres. |

Mr. Levinsky co-heads the firms’ corporate M&A and TMT practices with particular emphasize on real estate, natural resources, telecom and media companies. Before becoming one of the founding members of Salomon Partners, Mr. Levinsky worked as a senior attorney in a prominent Russian law firm Monastyrsky, Zyuba, Stepanov & Partners. Mr. Levinsky graduated from the faculty of law at St. Petersburg State University and is a fluent English speaker. |

 | Igor Kuznets is a senior lawyer at the firm specializing in M&A and Private Equity / Venture Capital transactions, as well as general corporate issues. Mr. Kuznets graduated with distinctions from the faculty of law at the Russian State Tax Academy. Before joining the firm Mr. Kuznets was a lawyer at Levant and Partners, and before that - a lawyer at Russia Partners Management private equity firm. Igor participated in preparation of several articles on Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions in Russia published in international legal guide magazines. Igor speaks English fluently. |

Before entering Salomon Partners in July 2009, Mr. Kuzmin worked as an in-house lawyer of Baring Vostok Capital Partners, one of the largest private equity foreign funds in Russia, for 5 years. Before that Mr. Kuzmin worked as an associate at CMS Francis Lefebvre. In 2002 Mr. Alexey Kuzmin graduated from the faculty of law at Moscow State University. He speaks fluent English and French. |
