New attorney joins us. Alexey Kuzmin joins the firm as of today in a position of senior associate. Alexey specializes in private equity and venture capital transactions. Alexey spent more than five years in major Russian private equity management firm Baring Vostok Capital Partners. Before that Alexey was an associate with Moscow office of a major European law firm. Alexey's experience will strengthen our practice in the sphere of private equity and venture capital.
